Should be able to move a card from one board to another board...as a way to pass an item from one team to another, for example

Adjust and lock the depth of Swimlanes across all vertical lanes. This will tidy up the board when multiple swimlanes are in use with varying numbers of cards in each lane. Flow, from left to right, should be easily visible when using swimlanes, this is not the case when the size/depth of the swimlanes "snap-to" the number of cards on the board.

Let me pick among title, due date, priority, owner, etc. Let me set a default per account, and per board, per lane (?) and then override it on each card.

I cannot always edit the board right away, sometimes it will take days before I can move card. I often add to the backlog in batches. This messes up the CFDs and other statistics. It would be great if I could set/edit the date and time myself.

when your wife wants you to do something before you come home, allow her to email an address that creates a card in your board.

I don't like an interface that takes me out of the perspective of the board (and away from visibility of the parent item I'm thinking against) to create new cards. i want to to be able to drag a card to its spot, type its title with near-zero distraction from the board, and immediately drag the next one. The current interface creates a cognitive challange when doing the expand part of expand/collapse.

There is no Undo feature. This can be real annoying when you realize that you’ve just dragged a bunch of stories from the “Demo” column into the “Backlog” instead of the “Archive”.

track average cycle time per lane for each board/card type/CoS combination, probably also per card size as an option.
Visualize the story based on how long it is in the lane. Above X% yellow flag. Above Y% red flag.
Drive swarming and team attention to these issues.
Similar behavior to what happens with Blockers, but automatically.

Sometimes it would be great to be able to make a print out of the board. Currently I take a screen capture.

The ability to add an external ID is cool, but a limitation is that
two cards cannot have the same external ID. The board prevents saving
when that is attempted:

Error

An error occurred while updating the Card. Error: Card you are
trying to save contains External Card ID that already present on
this board. You must provide unique External Card ID for this Board
in order to be able to save this card.

Please can you make it possible to associate more than one card with
the same external ID? Perhaps as a configuration option.

We want to use the tool to visualize and manage our recruiting pipeline, but we need to be able to attach resumes and other information to cards.

Often it's sufficent to have a card title but sometimes additional infos are added to a card while it flows through the stream. Cards should therefore indicate the number of comments and maybe also the exitance/amount of description text.

As a user I might accidentally move a card (e.g. from backlog to WIP) identify my mistake and move it back. Currently Analytics tools cannot ignore this mistake.

This could be a link to a parent story/feature for a task. Or links from a card on one board to a corresponding card on another board. Should be able to view all the relationships of a card to other cards in the detail for that card.

Some icon should show when a card hasn't moved from the current queue after more than X (board setting) days. This will help identify cards that are probably blocked, but haven't been identified as such yet. Ideas I have for an icon include: exclamation point, ellipses (...), a clock face, yellow yield sign. Feel free to choose one, it doesn't have to be selectable by project. But we do need to choose how many days (preferably business days!) a card has been in the same queue.

Can add cards in firefox and IE, but im opera get a message indicating title is mandatory, even though it has been filled in.
